Sales terms
These terms govern purchases of Wimlo Pro periods from Wimlo, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The summary shown before payment forms part of your order.
1. Offer and pricing
Prices shown on marketing pages depend on the interface language and are indicative. The contractual price, currency and provider are determined by the billing country entered at checkout and shown in the order summary before confirmation. Discounts depend on the selected duration. Wimlo may change prices for future orders without changing a period already paid for.
2. Order
Before you are redirected to the payment provider, you see the duration, standard price, any discount, the total charge and estimated new expiry date. Confirmation establishes your payment obligation and acceptance of these Sales terms and the Wimlo Pro terms.
3. Payment and activation
Payment is a one-off transaction handled by the provider shown at checkout. Wimlo does not make automatic charges. Pro access is activated only after server confirmation. A period purchased while Pro is active is added after the existing expiry date, with no loss of days.
4. Failure, delay and evidence
A successful redirect is not final payment confirmation. If the provider is delayed, the order may remain pending. Order records, the provider reference and the confirmation received constitute evidence of the transaction unless an error is demonstrated.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Before payment, you may close checkout at no cost. After immediate activation of the digital service, refund requests are reviewed under applicable law, the service already provided and the technical circumstances. Report duplicate charges or confirmed payments without activation to billing@wimlo.app.
6. End of a period
At expiry, the account returns to free features. Content is retained, but Pro features are unavailable until a new period is purchased. Wimlo may send reminders; they never trigger a charge.
7. Complaints
Include the account email, date, amount and payment reference. We first seek an amicable solution. The laws of Côte d’Ivoire and the competent courts apply.
