Terms of use

Wimlo lets you create, manage and share a professional page, projects, links and, depending on your plan, a Wimlo Card and analytics. You must be legally able to enter into a contract, provide an email address that belongs to you and protect access to your account.

You retain ownership of the text, images, links and projects you add. You grant Wimlo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, limited to the life of the service, to host, technically adapt and display that content.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights. Illegal, misleading, hateful, violent or infringing content, content that violates privacy or attempts to compromise the service is prohibited.

A draft is not public. When you publish your page, its URL, public content and share image may be viewed, shared and indexed by search engines. Unpublishing blocks future public access but may not immediately remove third-party copies or caches.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should report suspicious access promptly. Wimlo uses reasonable security and continuity measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during maintenance or failures involving networks or providers.

Wimlo may remove content, limit an account or suspend access in the event of a breach, fraud, security risk or legal obligation. Unless urgent or legally prohibited, we aim to explain the action. You may request account deletion through support.

Wimlo provides a presentation tool, not a guarantee of work, sales, audience or recruitment. To the extent permitted by law, Wimlo is not responsible for third-party decisions, external content or indirect loss connected with use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d’Ivoire. If an issue arises, contact hello@wimlo.app first so that we can seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
