Privacy policy
This policy explains the processing carried out by Wimlo, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, for Wimlo, including under Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2013-450 on personal data protection.
1. Data we process
We process account data, profile information, projects and media, preferences, support conversations, orders and payment confirmations, and usage events when you consent to analytics.
If you choose Google sign-in, Wimlo only receives the basic information you authorise. Wimlo does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar and does not post to your Google account.
Wimlo does not store payment details entered with a payment provider.
2. Why we use it
We use data to create and secure your account, provide and publish requested features, process orders, answer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the service with your consent where required.
3. Recipients and providers
Access is limited to authorised people and necessary providers: Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and data, our host, Resend for email and configured payment providers. Each receives only the information required for its role.
4. Public data
Published profile fields, published projects, links and an enabled Wimlo Card are public. Do not add confidential information. Onboarding answers, support history, orders and administration data remain private.
5. Retention
Data is kept while you use the service and for the time needed to close the account and meet legal obligations. Orders follow applicable accounting periods. Support requests and security logs are limited to a proportionate period.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, objection or deletion, subject to legal limits, by emailing hello@wimlo.app. We may request reasonable proof of identity. You may also contact ARTCI, Côte d’Ivoire’s data protection authority.
7. Security and transfers
We use access controls, database security policies, encrypted communications and server-side secrets. Some providers may process data outside Côte d’Ivoire; we seek safeguards appropriate to the risk and applicable framework.

Details of trackers and your choices are in the Cookie policy. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email where appropriate.
